Our past projects have been primarily residential developments where we have provided basic neighborhood infrastructure - utilities, roads, parks and open space - and then sold the improved lots to various homebuilding companies.

Triway's current projects will meet new challenges, from low and zero environmental impacts to various forms of mixed-use development that may include a combination of retail, civic, office and residential space as envisioned in Bellatorre, Larida Passage and Lacey Gateway at Hawks Prairie.
